The organizational structure of the FKH-UB student body officially began on June 6, 2010, although student activities had already been taking place without an official structure. On that date, the Student Collegium of Veterinary Medicine UB was established as the sovereign student body of FKH-UB. Broadly, the 2021 FKH-UB student organization is divided into Autonomous Bodies (LO) and Semi-Autonomous Bodies (LSO). Several clubs at FKH-UB are categorized as Non-LSO.

Non-LSO consists of 13 clubs that serve as a platform for student creativity and talent development, allowing them to grow and achieve accomplishments.
