The organizational structure of the FKH-UB student body officially began on June 6, 2010, although student activities had already been taking place without an official structure. On that date, the Student Collegium of Veterinary Medicine UB was established as the sovereign student body of FKH-UB. Broadly, the 2021 FKH-UB student organization is divided into Autonomous Bodies (LO) and Semi-Autonomous Bodies (LSO).

The Autonomous Bodies consist of:

• The Student Representative Council (SRC), as the autonomous legislative body.
• The Student Executive Board (SEB), as the autonomous executive body.

The Semi-Autonomous Bodies consist of:

• The Student Professional Interest Association (IMPROVE)
• An-Nahl
