The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FVM UB) is committed to building an inclusive and accessible academic environment for all learners, including individuals with disabilities. As mandated by national regulations and supported by the university’s inclusive education policies, FVM UB ensures that prospective students with disabilities have equitable access to quality veterinary education.
This commitment is formalized through the enactment of Dean Regulation No. 1 of 2025 on the Admission of Students with Disabilities, which outlines inclusive admission procedures, reasonable accommodations, and academic adjustments aligned with professional competency standards.
Through collaboration with the Disability Service Center (DSC) of Universitas Brawijaya, FVM UB facilitates fair selection processes and provides necessary support throughout the academic journey. We acknowledge that diversity—whether physical, sensory, intellectual, or psychological—enriches the academic experience and fosters a more empathetic, skilled veterinary workforce.
This statement and its accompanying documentation serve as part of the Faculty’s supporting evidence of its commitment to inclusive education, and reflect the values of equality, dignity, and academic excellence for all.
