From 25th to 27th April 2025, KESPER successfully held the IMPROVE event with the theme “Get to Know Better, Find a Treasure Inside KESPER”. The event, attended by 60 participants consisting of both new and senior KESPER members, was filled with enthusiasm and camaraderie. IMPROVE aimed to introduce KESPER’s IMPROVE programme to new members, foster character development, and strengthen bonds among members. Furthermore, the event served as a platform to familiarise new members with the organisation’s culture and values by actively involving them, building strong interpersonal connections, and creating a support network to aid their growth and adaptation within the organisation.
As part of the event, IMPROVE KESPER 2025 also provided an opportunity for veterinary medicine students from across Indonesia to participate in a scientific competition focusing on zoonotic diseases in poultry. This competition was intended to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in animal health, particularly regarding zoonotic diseases. The event featured inspirational speakers who shared their knowledge and experiences, namely Ganang Rilo Pambudi, DVM ., Jodi Satriawan, DVM ., Ghina Nafiana, DVM., and Dwijo, DVM. Through various engaging sessions such as workshops, discussions, and competitions, IMPROVE KESPER 2025 became a valuable moment for participants to discover their potential while strengthening the sense of family within KESPER.
