The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FKH UB), held its Halal Bi Halal 1446 H celebration on Tuesday, 8 April 2025, in Room 308, 3rd Floor, Building B, FKH UB. Carrying the theme “Spreading Brotherhood, Nurturing Togetherness, Carving Achievements,” the event served as a warm and meaningful occasion to strengthen bonds among the academic community of FKH UB, partners, and key figures who have contributed to the faculty’s journey.
The programme opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an and their interpretation, followed by a welcoming speech from the Dean of FKH UB. One of the highlights of the event was the screening of a special Halal Bi Halal greeting video from various parties, followed by a spiritual talk (tausiyah) and collective prayer led by Ustadz Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. Zulfi Mubarq, M.Ag., who delivered a profound message on the importance of unity in achieving excellence.
The event was graced by the presence of former leaders who have played a significant role in shaping the history and development of FKH UB, including Prof. Dr. drh. Aulanni’am, drh., DES., Prof. Dr. drh. Pratiwi Trisunuwati, MS., Dr. drh. Rositawati Indrati, M.P., Jarot Ilhami Wijaya, SE., M.AB, Imam Prajitno, ST., M.AB, and Hadi Sucipto, SH., M.AB.
Also in attendance were esteemed lecturers from outside the faculty who are part of the DTPS, namely Prof. Dr. Gatot Ciptadi, DESS., IPU., ASEAN Eng. and Prof. Dr. Hendrawan Soetanto, M.Rur.Sc., both of whom have actively contributed to FKH UB’s academic and scientific endeavours.
The celebration was further enlivened by the presence of stakeholders from various institutions and partner organisations, such as PDHI East Java II, Bank BRI, PT Pos Indonesia, KAN Jabung, Bank BNI, Malang City Government, and UPT PT HMT Batu—demonstrating a strong synergy between education, government, and industry sectors.
The event concluded with a warm session of handshakes and friendly gathering, reinforcing the spirit of togetherness. FKH UB hopes this moment marks a positive beginning to strengthen the spirit of collaboration and achievement in the times ahead.
