Jakarta, 27 February 2025 – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Brawijaya University (FKH UB) has once again achieved a remarkable milestone with the appointment of one of its lecturers as a Technical Consultant at the Polri Presisi Animal Hospital (RSH Polri Presisi), Jakarta. Dr. drh. Albiruni Haryo, M.Sc., AP.Vet has been entrusted with providing technical guidance to the medical team of RSH Polri Presisi in the fields of orthopaedic surgery and veterinary medical laboratory management.
On this occasion, Dr. Albiruni delivered a keynote presentation focusing on orthopaedic surgical techniques and strategies for optimising veterinary medical laboratory services. The event was also attended by the Head of the Harvet Sub-Directorate, Police Commissioner Ir. Soedaryono, M.M., as well as the Head of the Cakkal Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Police Animal Units, Police Commissioner Gatot Aris Purbaya, S.I.K. The discussion was highly interactive, with numerous questions and in-depth exchanges between participants and the speaker.
The trust placed in Dr. Albiruni as a Technical Consultant at RSH Polri Presisi is a form of appreciation for his expertise and contributions in the field of veterinary medicine. It also reflects recognition of the professionalism and capacity of FKH UB academics at the national level.
